She is a PhD candidate at the Department of Science and Culture of Well-Being and Lifestyles, Università di Bologna. Her PhD research explores the topic of cultural sustainability by dealing with the analysis of Eurocentrism in the fashion industry, with a focus on cultural appropriation. Moreover, she is currently exploring the use of stereotypes and imaginaries in Made in Italy. She also serves as a Junior Fellow at the CFC, Culture Fashion and Communication International Research Centre, Università di Bologna where she has been lecturer for the Crash Courses of the MA programme in Fashion Studies.
