  ashion scholar, professor and journalist, she teaches History of Fashion at the IULM University of Milan. She writes for Venerdì and Repubblica. She has collaborated with the Victoria and Albert Museum for the exhibition The Glamour of Italian Fashion 1945-2014. She is a consultant and author of the Italian Encyclopedia Giovanni Treccani. As a heritage expert, she has curated the historical archives of Valextra, Luisa Spagnoli and Federico Forquet. In 2020 she curated Ephimera, a series of meetings on fashion created with the collaboration of Electa Mondadori for Parco del Colosseo in Rome.
