With this issue, “From Art Nouveau to Green Design: Fashion, Décor, Fashion Writing,” edited by Carmen Concilio, our tenure as editors of ZoneModa Journal, which began in 2018, comes to a close. Over these years, the journal has hosted special issues curated by internationally recognized scholars, offering perspectives that we hope have been among the most creative and innovative in the multidisciplinary field of fashion studies. We have addressed crucial issues, helping to fuel an ever-evolving debate. The journey has been intense and stimulating, made possible thanks to the invaluable collaboration of co-editor Daniela Calanca, the editorial staff, the editorial and scientific boards, the availability and expertise of anonymous reviewers, and, of course, the commitment of the authors who have shared their contributions. The essays, articles, and reviews of books and exhibitions published over these years have consolidated ZoneModa Journal as an essential reference point not only for fashion scholars but also for researchers from the many disciplines with which fashion interacts and dialogues. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Department of the Arts — DAR and to everyone who, in various capacities, contributed to the journal’s growth. We are confident that ZoneModa Journal will continue to serve as a leading platform for academic research in the field of fashion studies. We are pleased to announce that the December 2025 issue, Inclusive Fashion, will be edited by Roberta Paltrinieri, Flavia Piancazzo, and Monica Sassatelli.

With our best wishes for a pleasant summer and an enjoyable read,
Simona Segre-Reinach and Daniela Calanca
