In this issue of ZMJ we present the essays of the session ‘Global Narratives on Fashion’ presented at the international digital conference ‘Fashion Tales 2020+1’ organised by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan from 17 to 19 June 2021. The title of the conference was ‘Politics Through the Wardrobe’.
The session, edited by Simona Segre-Reinach, was attended by some colleagues from the CFC (Culture Fashion Communication) group of the University of Bologna, Rimini campus: Giampaolo Proni, Enrica Picarelli, Fabriano Fabbri, Nadica Maksimova, Flavia Piancazzo. The session was introduced by a keynote speech by Wessie Ling from the London Metropolitan University and CFC member.
